Technology. Travel.
International Events.
You are into technology, travel and international events, but not into an ordinary side job?
Then join our Global Flying Team.
Role at a glance
Project-based
Flexible assignments instead of fixed weekly hours. Projects are agreed with your availability well in advance.
Paid shadowing
You start alongside experienced team members and learn our systems on a real project.
International
Congresses, trade shows with thousands of attendees and corporate events across Europe and beyond.
Small & close-knit
A first assignment often turns into many more. You are not an anonymous temp.
We handle the technology behind modern events.
From digital check-in systems through to indoor navigation and tracking. As Visualizing Ideas we deliver digital event solutions for international congresses, trade shows with thousands of attendees and corporate events.
You do not need to be an event tech professional yet.
We teach you the technical knowledge, show you our systems and bring you up to speed step by step on real projects.
Depending on the assignment, you support us with:
Check-in & badge printing
Setting up check-in systems, self-service kiosks and badge printers.
Equipment configuration
Configuring iPads, routers and other event equipment.
Navigation & tracking
Installing indoor navigation and tracking systems.
Live support
Technical support and troubleshooting while the event is running.
Set-up & tear-down
Set-up and tear-down as well as documentation of the technology deployed.
International teams
Working with international clients, partners and project teams.
You start with a paid shadowing assignment alongside experienced team members.
Not an office. An exhibition hall.
On-site installation
Placing beacons, matching the floor plan, calibrating tracking before the doors open.
Check-in in live operation
Self-service kiosks, badge printing and support when everyone arrives at the same time.
Not a side job off the shelf.
Flexible, project-based assignments instead of fixed weekly hours
Structured onboarding and hands-on technical training
Travel, hotel, breakfast and project-related expenses covered
Compensation based on assignment, experience and responsibility
Early scheduling of projects around your availability
Depending on the role, a MacBook, work phone, email address and project access
The option to extend business trips privately, by arrangement
A small team where a first assignment often turns into many more
More important than experience: willingness to learn.
Experience with events or event technology is helpful, but not required. What matters more is a willingness to learn, a sense of responsibility and the readiness to get hands-on on site.
