Hardware-led check-in for a pharma customer event
A pharmaceutical company hosted a 150-person customer event at a prestigious venue in Mannheim. VI brought the full hardware setup — badge printers, iPads with stands, cabling and Wi-Fi routers — and ran the entire check-in operation on the day. Badges were printed on arrival rather than pre-printed, reducing waste and ensuring no unattended name badges were left lying around.
