Visualizing-Ideas inception came from the desire to provide solutions to the clear challenges that hinder innovation and successful events being achieved due to the costs and complexities of multiple technologies being required, and from multiple support teams.
Roche became VI’s first client back in 2016, and remains a client to this day.
After 3 years of supporting Roche and numerous other Giants in the Pharma space, it became clear that there was no one solution for all events.
The main challenge is that the industry was not geared to accommodate multiple technologies without significant costs, never mind the resource hours to turn event profesionals into event tech profesionals on more than one platform.
The year 2020 ushered in a new era for VI. The Corona pandemic shifted the focus from on-site to virtual events, and eventually to hybrid events. Since then, VI has been providing a full range of support: virtual assistance for online events, on-site support for major gatherings like this year’s IMEX Frankfurt, with a combination of suppliers and technologies to support the needs of todays in-person, virtual hybrid events.
